La atención 100/10. Llegamos temprano para disfrutar de Madrid. Fueron amables y nos ofrecieron que dejáramos nuestro equipaje, pero andábamos en coche, que fueron muy atentos y nos dejaron estacionarlo en el hotel por la mañana. La amabilidad de explicar las distancias del metro y cómo transportarnos, de verdad se agradece; el metro es accesible para llegar al centro de Madrid. Luego en la tarde, cuando hicimos el check in, súper atentos si estaba todo bien. Las instalaciones perfectas. Súper limpias y súper adecuadas. Definitivamente queda en mis favoritos para hospedarme ahí.
