Room was very clean.

The room didn't have any windows... the photos on the listing are bait and from another hotel which is 100 meters down the street. Also the lighting was a bit weird, since you don't get any daylight there were 4 separate lamps that you had to turn on In order to see anything in your room.

Breakfast in with the price of hotel £779 we pai for a week not worth it without breakfast so that’s what we dislike

Location, cleanliness, reasonable price

Went to NH imperial to check in by mistake. Receptionist called Lola was very rude and told us very impolitely to buzz off to hotel at 2 blocks further. Justin the receptionist in las Canteras was very polite and professional. Next day we decided to have breakfast but it was in Imperial and 19€ per person. Expensive! Went there and the restaurant manager- Augustine was very rude, impolite, unfriendly, unprofessional. Arrived , told him our room number and he ran off to look after some one else! No indication where the o sit , etc. He treats Las Canteras guests very poorly. Food was average, cleaning staff spent their time laughing and shouting at each other while doing the minimum amount of work! Nice view but only saw it indirectly! Will never stay home n each hotel in Many ch 2026. Our other 2 hotels- Lopesan - have been fantastic and in complete opposite to everything in NH.!

Helpfulness of the staff, at the desk, and those involved in the cleaning staff.

Due to the internal air shaft, sound travels to easily. As such, when some occasional customers stayed over and kept talking etc to the early hours (2am was normal) it was hard to block this out.
