The staff were friendly but this place is run down. The outer door was propped open and it smells terribly of cigarettes. Our room was somewhat clean. Thankfully there were no bugs but the tweakers were up being noisey most of the night. You get what you pay for! It is cheap but I would not stay here again.

It was so filthy. I did not even stay there. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience when I checked in the lady marked me as checked out, and they double sold my room and a man walked in on me and my boyfriend and then the next morning when the manager got there, I went to ask for a refund and was denied because we stayed all night even though it was 11 o’clock at night and we had nowhere else to go. Do not recommend.

Fairly large clean room. Downtown, but close to a good restaurant

The main problem we had was that the tv didn't work. They got it to work for awhile but couldn't get it to turn off. They said it couldn't be fixed til the next day but we were leaving then. Not happy about no tv!!!

It all

They falsely advertised a flat screen tv with channels. The room was damaged. There was a whole punched in the wall front cover of the dresser drawer was ripped off exposing nails or staples (what ever held it together). A random board screwed to the wall, no fire alarm what so ever in the room. The one chair in the room was the picture perfect STD petri dish... Do not recommend not even to my worst enemies.

No one is there in the reception to check-in. Had to wait for almost 30 minutes for them to come and check in me.

Didn't like the locks on the door. Also pop machine wasn't working, no signs were put on it to let people know. No refund.

Expedia booked this room and sent me a confirmation. When I arrived I was told they had no rooms available and couldn’t understand why Expedia would book it. I am done with Expedia; twice in 2 days they screwed up badly
