"Can’t beat the location but everything else needs work"

Great location, nice decor

Rooms are only cleaned on the third day of occupancy :/ Windows are painted shut No one answered the phone at the front desk

"It was a great experience and enjoyed the history of the property highlighted with old pictures."

The facilities were very well-maintained. Cleanliness was exceptional. It was super close to the Cabaret Theater. Parking was very convenient. The breakfast was very tasty and affordable.

The elevator was slow and a bit “clunky”.

"Historic hotel in the heart of Ashland"

Historic building is charming. There is also a good restaurant in the same building as the hotel.

Breakfast was better than the typical business hotel buffet, but not as good as ordering ala carte. It was a good value, though.
