Always good value. Worn in but very clean and functional. Very welcoming reception

Noisy because ofthe lorry park

Ground floor and the window was broken - security concerns for the day we weren’t in. And it was cold and noisy at night. We stay here a lot and it’s normally fine but this stay was marred by the broken window. No alternative rooms so not the staff’s fault.

Where do I start? The worst experience I've ever had with customer service, anywhere. If you have any problems, maybe best keep them to yourself because sympathy, empathy, understanding or decency isn't a factor here. Antagonistic and deaf to any problems - I'm still trying to work out why the reception person was so angry when we arrived. Can only assume something else had set them into such a mood, but this is my first and certainly last visit to a days inn. This was the dark haired lady in the evening, the morning lady couldn't have been more of a contrast/nicer. I was wondering at one point if it was one of those theme hotels where they are deliberately horrible to you for a bit of fun. But no. Just the most angry and unfriendly front desk person I've ever encountered. I hope they find something that makes her happy because if this is the reception we got, I very much doubt we were alone. The anger and arguments were clearly a well trodden path for this person, I was shocked at the endless vitriol. I appreciate there are reviews on here that praise the staff, and for all I know others might be lovely but the person we had was exceptionally unpleasant to deal with. Never again with days inn for us.

Very convenient and quiet with friendly service

clean, tidy and quiet.

I was impressed with the room for the amount I paid. Very spacious, two beds, crisp linen, comfy and quiet. What more do you need?! The bathroom was fine. The nearby services were handy, there was a local pub but it was a very dark road to walk along. Would I return? Yes! Channel on reception was very helpful. Thank you

My 'go to' hotel when travelling to the office. Great team who always make you feel welcome. Massive props to Jacky who always ensures there is a smile waiting for me at reception, and an iron and ironing board in the room. Great team, good night sleep, what more could you ask for. 👍🏼

Having stayed at this hotel several times we have found it to be very clean with friendly and helpful staff that go the extra mile for guests. Special thanks to Jacky for always having a smile and being so helpful. Located on the Woodall services on southbound M1 with plenty of parking. It's very affordable and provides good value for money. Guests can use the restaurants in the service area. Make sure you put your car's registration in the screen on reception desk.

Budget experience, just hope you don't get noisy people above or next to you.
