Tina made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, what an absolute gem and a credit to the hotel she is!! went above and beyond to make us feel welcome after a really hard day in work 😁 I've been all over the world staying in some of the best hotels in the world and I've never felt more comfortable and so welcoming than I have tonight! Tina is an absolute gem and every hotel needs a Tina 🙌🙌
Where to start with Tina? Such a great receptionist whose hospitality went above and beyond! Haven’t had as good hospitality in 5 star hotels. Tina is a credit to days Inn and an absolute diamond. If every hotel in the world had a Tina the world would be better. Thank you very much days inn and and thank you Tina!
The rooms are always clean and comfortable, with very polite and friendly reception staff. Slightly disappointed about the additional charges for parking but I imagine that is down to the land owners imposing charges on the businss, which is a shame.
Amazing
We’ve stayed in a few Days Inn hotels up and down the uk, it was very convenient for a few days stay, check in was a breeze, Channel who was on reception was so very helpful and friendly which made it so welcoming on arrival with her lovely smile, the room was large and comfortable with a nice large bed and the bathroom had a very powerful shower which took me by surprise, there is tea and coffee in the room, as it’s on the motorway services there was plenty of parking for vehicles in the hotels own car park. Next time I’m in the area I’d certainly stay here again.
Stay was good room was clean with amenities beds comfortable, no public toilet or bar facilities but nice place would recommend
Very comfortable room great value for money
I stayed here twice and for the price it’s extremely good value . The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable .
To be greeted with a charge of £5 for parking the car was an unwelcome break We shall not be returning
We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5.
