Best Western Plus Hardeeville Inn & Suites

I liked that there was a designated area for the dogs to go to pottie. They had dispensers for poop bags but they were empty but I alway carry my own so I was able to clean up after my dog. BTW some people did not. The breakfast was adequate with lots of choices.

Price was good.

Night person at the desk was not mean but she was an unfriendly mumbler...I felt like she thought it was my fault that my door key card was not working. Elliptical in weight room didn't work well. I think (memory's not clear) there was no water in the weight room. Room was clean.

Good location off the highway Staff is always kind and accommodating We have stayed multiple times at this location and we had an issue with our refrigerator this time. Staff was attentive and happy to help.

There were visible spills on the nightstand which were off putting. Room had a musty smell when entering. We do have 2 young children, including an autistic child. The sliding opening doors and often empty front desk are concerning as it seems people can easily enter without bonding guests which is a safety concern.

Clean, comfortable

No restaurants near by.

The cleanliness of the room ,hallways ,and shower were great..
