Il Resort molto accogliente e bello, la colazione eccezionale, la spiaggia con tutti i confort.

Ho preso una sola volta l'aperitivo (Spritz Aperol) metà dose di come andrebbe fatto e carissimo....

Свои шезлонги на пляже большое преимущество, хотя их и приходилось занимать заранее. Завтраки разнообразны , но в целом ощущение в ресторане, да и во всем отеле как будто ты в такой средней турецкой 4-ке в пик сезона , где 90% голодных соотечественников . Отель продается в пакетных турах , потому такие реалии. Совсем не тайский антураж и колорит. Персонал тоже какой-то уставший и недоброжелательный.

Катастрофа с уборкой, независимо от того во сколько ее просишь, приходили все равно в основном вечером. А главная беда случилась у нас ,когда потек кондиционер и залил всю одежду. При этом нас не предложили переселить, ушло не меньше 2 часов на устранение проблемы и даже в этом случае они не могли и оперативно убрать номер. Пришлось в буквальном смысле орать, чтобы наконец дошли и убрали потоп. После оценки ситуации и признания вины бесплатно постирали все залитые вещи! Чрезмерная щедрость в качестве извинения- исправить свой косяк! 😃других извинений не последовало . В целом средний отель уровня ширпотреба на бангтао. Если он продается со скидкой то с учетом своей линии пляжа можно рассмотреть, но сразу отбросив ожидания!)))

Пляжный балаган-базар, за 5 дней ни разу не меняли постель, море и пляж не самые лучшие здесь. За 300$ ночь ждешь чего то другого

Das Frühstück war wirklich super: sehr abwechslungsreich und schön präsentiert – da findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Insgesamt ein guter Start in den Tag.

Wir wollten einmal im NORA Restaurant essen gehen. Leider waren mehrere Menüs, die auf der Karte standen, nicht erhältlich. Das war etwas enttäuschend, da wir uns auf bestimmte Gerichte gefreut hatten. Wir hoffen, dass die Verfügbarkeit der Speisen in Zukunft besser abgestimmt wird.

The property has its own section of the beach which is lovely, the breakfast was good and the pool was clean.

I would consider this a 4 star property, not a 5 star. The public bathrooms near the pool and beach were not kept clean and often ran out of toilet paper, there was no personal touches or connection to the staff, the staff were barely visible and seemed very “hands off”, our bath mat was taken and not replaced two of the days of our stay, a large number of small cockroaches came up the drain one day of the stay (which happens in Asia but with no staff around it was just a matter of waiting for housekeeping to get to us), and the hotel staff allowed the sun loungers to be taken by placing a towel or flipflop at 6am and then people not coming to use them until 4/5pm. In a true 5 star property, there are warm personal touches, the property would always be kept clean, you would know who to call when something goes wrong, and holding sun loungers for longer than an hour is usually not acceptable. On Thursday and Friday nights, the beach party kept us awake for much of the night as the windows didn’t seal very well.
