The beach was really nice with several facilities and a beach club.

Requested a Kate checkout which was denied. Food was average but beverages were good. No elevator for the upper floor..

Nothing, totally not worth the value for money. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. Dirty and not well maintained/properly cleaned.

It ruined my vacation and my family’s whole experience. This hotel is a wanna be 5 star hotel. Not worth the money! 1. The breakfast is not good, there are plenty of flies on the food, I got food poisoning after 1 time eating there. The staff at breakfast is not functioning-from 4 coffee machines, maybe 1 is working/the others require coffee beans/cleaning all the time and nobody is doing that, mugs are missing constantly, no napkins on the table, no oat milk 2. Beach towels are like a secret service mission-they are hiding them 3. House keeping is not functioning: It says on a sign in the room “If you want your towels changed, put them on the floor”-I did, only to find out same towels were folded and not replaced with new ones. I am here one week and they didn’t change the bed sheets even once. 4. The kids club smells like plastic/glue, after 30 min there I got a headache 5. Street dogs and cats inhabit in front of the rooms in the evenings 6.Dirty swimming pools 7. The staff is rude, doesn’t speak English and the communication is very poor They only care about your money, they don’t care about your stay. Very disappointing, poor value for money.

Ausreichend Liegen am Strand und am Pool. Happy Hour von 15-17 Uhr am Pool. Wechselnde Themenabende für 699 THB pro Person. Frühstück recht gut mit Omelettstation, warmen Gerichten, Waffeln verschiedene Kaffeesorten. Tops Daily Supermarkt gegenüber vom Hotel und 2/3 Geschäfte. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Es gab nur bis 10:30 Uhr Frühstück. Beim Frühstück wurde auch wenig aufgefüllt. Wer um 10 Uhr da war bekam dass was noch da war. Service war teilweise sehr langsam / nicht vorhanden im Restaurant. Fitnessstudio sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Kein Adult Only Pool. (Viele Kinder und hohe Lautstärke am Pool)
