As toalhas de banho sao velhas e completamente cansadas. A situação do ar condicionado, o cafe da manhã é muito fraco.

O hotel atende bem as expectativas para curtas hospedagens. Ele é antigo e alguns quartos não são muito confortáveis. A Recepção não é muito simpática e deixa a desejar. Já me hospedei lá outras vezes e parece que os problemas permanecem. Tive sorte de ficar em quartos bons (estive lá em 4 ocasiões). Já a localização é excelente: a poucos minutos do aeroporto e em frente a estação do metrô.

Da recepção e da comunicação com o hotel. Sempre fica a desejar.
