"Find a better hotel"

Kori the front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. She was very apologetic for the inconveniences.

I waited over an hour to get my room after the check-in time. The first room they sent me to didnt have a working air condition. The 2nd room was outdated and smelled moldy. Staff came into my room without knocking to look for the previous guests left bag, which they did not find. The previous guest knocked on my door twice to try to come in to check if she left her bag and check the fridge for left items. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was dirty with stains in the tub. The towels had stains. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had

the price is not worth at all.... broken tap... Pas de vrai petit déjeuner. Café et thé à disposition seulement... mais boîte de lait vide alors que j’étais à l'ouverture du petit déjeuner.... !?
