"My stay was very disappointing."

One of the two elevators was out of order, so I waited almost 10 minutes to get in as there was a tour group ahead of me. There was no soap/body wash in the shower. The Flick Mixer tap at the sink was almost falling off, and I ordered a room service snack of hot chips and spring rolls which took almost 50 minutes.

"It is a very pleasant hotel to stay at and a great location for attending the athletics track"

The room is a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. Given we were attending the athletics track it is a good location. The room was cleaned daily which nowadays is surprising. My wife and i dined a number times but although the fish and chips was good it was a very simple meal.

I think it could add free water bottles (given Brisbane’s temperature) and improve its dinner qualities and given feedback from other guests the quality of its breakfast if it wants to improve its rating.
