The Hotel Orfila is a special boutique hotel in a very nice section of Madrid. Although the building and rooms are exceptional the highlight of our stay was the warm reception we received from the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay with them special. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel

The property is a little worn out and certain details could use a refresh, but in general it is comfortable. The view from our rooms was not nice and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms so no sound proofing. It is a beautiful hotel though and in a great location. Breakfast is really good.

The reception staff. Not at all courteous, we perceived them as slightly xenophobic. Not one of them was helpful or nice to us, although they were with other people. Very judgmental and not very pleasant.

This is a small boutique elegant, and luxurious hotel with less than 45 rooms which allows the staff to be very attentive to all of your needs. It is perfectly located and the staff are so helpful with directions and recommendations in making reservations. It has a great breakfast with an elegant inside or a patio dining option. It was a very pleasant day and very affordable for the luxury class hotel that it was.

Breakfast in their private courtyard garden is lovely. The staff were impeccably helpful. The room was furnished accurately true to the images online, and were lush.

Classic feel and decoration, good location, nice, quiet garden area Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Design and furnishings well suited.

Staff entering at night whilst sleeping without notice in one occasion. Noise carries quite loudly from other rooms.
