Seemed like a newer facility than last Baymont I stayed at I had dinner at Dore Sports Bar - Good food. Breakfast at Penny's Diner next was very good

The hotel was adequate but The pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed just had a sheet with a folded fairly ratty blanket.

The diner that is tied to the hotel was amazing!! The staff on site were more than welcoming and helpful, and made sure that our stay was top notch!!

"Reservations wrong, customer service sucks!"

When I arrived, they told me my reservation was made under Travelodge, despite my confirmation being for the Baymont. They refused to correct the problem and said my only choice was to pay again for a room at the Baymont. Assistant Manager was rude and not helpful, admitting they could help fix it but didn’t want to. Do NOT reserve a room here... it is a bait and switch!

Property was under construction, had to go to rear of building to check in and office was a make shift room;there was plastic sheathing on second floor as you came off elevator; no grab and go breakfast was offered at check in

Room not done. Had to wait for them to clean it at 11pm. No masks. Construction. No breakfast.
