Poor cleaning job, dirty room, black mold in bathroom, dust all around, unclean door, door knobs, broken shower curtain rod. Bed sheets and towels very old. Overall hotel condition was poor. Dust everywhere.
I ended up not staying at this property. The first room had peeling along the whole edge of the counter. I was moved to a room that had a horrible smell of some sort of urine. I was unable to bear that smell and I resfused to be moved to another room. I ended up staying at the embassy suites in Tyson's corner. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. It's dirty and the customer service was horrible.
Outside around the property was dirty. Cigarette buts were everywhere and the landscaping needed to be attended to. The hotel was just ok overall.
Very old and rundown. Breakfast was instant oatmeal and stale muffins. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing Place to stay, only complaint was there were some cracks in the ceiling and walls.
Towel rack and bathroom door handle were broken. Someone had propped open the back door - not safe.
The sign at the check-in which informed me that all my info would be turned over to police, shoyld have been my forst clue that this wouldn't be my most comfortable stay. Thete was a huge scratch across my door-it looked like it was from a large knife of some sort. All yhe facia on tje kitchen counter had been peeled off. The utensils and microvave were dirty. All the light switches felt sticky. Lamp shades wete dusty. Overall the room just felt dark, dingy, and like a former crime scene from a B-movie. There were black hairs in the shower (I am blonde, so i know they weren't mine.) The faucet dripped and the towels were very worn. The only positive comment I can make is that there was plenty of hot water in the shower.
This was a perfect hotel for us. We didn’t need anything over-the-top as we just needed a place to rest after a concert. Hotel is located in a very nice area with plenty of food options and shopping centers close by within minutes.
Loud airplane noises(expected) rooms not clean, mold on walls, stains in tub, room had 3 lights out, found hair in sheets , guests loud all through the night. “Breakfast” was a stale muffin with watery coffee and a granola bar. Room smelled heavily, outdated appliances with stains all over.
This hotel rating should really be at least a 7. They have a friendly staff and the hotel was clean.
