Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe! Convenient location for us. We were glad for the parking, elevator, cleanliness of the room, and hot water.

Shabby, squeaky bed that transmitted every move of one’s bed partner. The worse thing was the all night road construction below the hotel the I feel we should have been informed of ahead of time. Ear plugs didn't work to block the noise and we didn’t sleep most of the night. At the very least the room price should have been adjusted but wasn’t.

The pepper tree inn is perhaps offers the best location and most reasonable price for accomodations in Tahoe City. Helpful and friendly desk person., available from 3 pm-10 pm.

The facility is dated but clean. King bed was a bit too soft for my comfort. Best communication with Management is through text or email. Limited on site personnel.
