Victorian Hotel

Clean. Tidy. Simple and functional. Great beds and bedding. Polite helpful staff. Nicely renovated. All was very good!

Only the level of noise that was coming from the street

Lovely friendly hotel. Large bright room. Beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee freely available and a microwave and crockery/glasses in the lobby for guests to use. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel but there are plenty of options around including a large supermarket one block away.

The neighbourhood is a bit seedy with homeless and drug users around - not the hotels fault but a bit unsettling at times. We also found it quite noisy.

J'avais réservé une chambre de 24 M2 mais la chambre que nous avons eu était plus petite , environ 15m2 Pas de petit déjeuner disponible, alors qu'on m avait dit le contraire par mail ! Beaucoup de bruits extérieurs la nuit.

O hotel é bonito, cama confortável

Fica perto da Cracolândia de Vancouver, fiquei horrorizada com os zumbis nas ruas próximas Achei bem caro mas não tinha nem café da manhã. Falta armário no quarto Eles deixaram de fazer a limpeza um dos dias, o que me deixou chateada

A beautiful little boutique hotel with bright, thoughtfully designed rooms. My favorite feature was the curved window overlooking the street—it gave me that classic “big city girl” feeling, as if I were living in a chic urban apartment for a few days. The bathroom deserves special mention. It was modern, impeccably maintained, and honestly one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I’ve experienced in a long time. Bright, spacious, and exceptionally well designed, with every detail carefully thought out. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautifully clean and modern setup

location is just at the edge of some seedy parts of time

Excellent communication before, during our stay from staff who have exceptional customer service skills. Ideally located at the heart of Vancouver. We prefer to walk and everything of interest was a short walk away. The historic hotel is wonderfully updated, comfortable, clean and the little extras available 24/7 like water, coffee, tea, fruits, snacks etc allowed us to be on the go without having to wait for retail stores to open up. Highly recommend The Victorian and would stay there again.

Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable beds, clean.

Noisy- which is understandable since we are in the city center only that the air conditioning equipment in the window was not sealed completely, therefore noise and air from the outside got in.
