Extended Stay America Suites - Dublin - Hacienda Dr

Locations is grate, the staff was exceptional, the room was fine, breakfast not bad, can’t expect more since discount Hotel price.

The manager I did not likely! I booked the hotel, but the manager didn’t make it. So i didn’t have, refilling I didn’t have booked a hotel. So I did get a hotel in two mornings.

The location was great

I did a reservation on the 24th April through Booking.com from April 29 to April 30th. I did choose 2 queen bed option which was for $133 as I had my child and my parents along with me. While we reached there on the April 29 around 9 pm straight up we were informed that the room that I booked for is no longer available as there was a huge urgent booking that came in and those rooms which I choose were given over. I was then mentioned about a king bed room with the sofa bed for $170 I did ask the person at the front desk that $133 is what I reserved now that those rooms were allotted else where you guys are giving me away $170 room Any how we agreed to get the room. There was no blanket for the sofa bed provided. Fan was not operational along with that the AC control panel was not working I called the front desk and the lady says she will next someone the next morning around 7 am which was of no use as we had to get the check out done at 6 am. The man at the front desk who helped us check in did mention that the manger Tony will be here around 7 am so we could ask the manager to get us the $40 back but we checked out at 6 am and we never met the manager. Bad Customer Service Horrible Experience…..

I’ve been staying here long term. All the staff including Sonia the lead front desk person, and Tony the manger are awesome. They quickly address any issues. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious with the full kitchen dishes upon request if you need them everything is at your fingertips as far as stores restaurants and anything around the extended stay America very convenient for everything the surrounding areas has great vineyards wine tasting and if you're really into it then marijuana seen as well which is nothing wrong with that no more harmful than a glass of wine so if you're looking for a great relaxing stay good extended stay America in Dublin California on hacienda it's a beautiful place it'll make you feel like home definitely a home away from home feeling thank you extended stay America for that experience that was my first time in Dublin ever and I will definitely go back and refer friends and family to your establishment thank you.

It wasn't one thing I didn't like I liked it all from the staff to the rooms to surrounding areas to the events and around everything miles from San Francisco miles from great vineyards and wine tasting and not to mention of a nice relaxing cannabis smoke if you choose it was a great time nothing to be negative at all about it was all positive.
