I liked how clean it was and how big the room was. The lady at the desk was very nice. I also like that it was very close to the hospital.

Price was right, location is great, the room was as advertised, and the staff have a pleasantly genuine way about them, sincere & responsive. It's the sort of place where it feels like they might know many of their guests on a first-name basis.

The only cons were that I was unlucky enough to have a (probably young) guest stomping above me throughout the night, and one morning there was maintenance on their fire alarm system for the whole building. This involved listening to a blaring alarm in my room for about ten minutes (not to mention the lobby and other rooms in the distance), and allowing maintenance into my room for a few minutes at another time to test the alarm in person. Other than that, great stay. Oh, one tip -- if you need pots/pans, etc. for use with their stove/kitchen, request them an hour or so early -- the staff needed to clean ours first.

It was convenient to where I needed to go the next morning and not far from the freeway- room was nice

The bathroom floor was spongy- no water cups, no shampoo or soap - usually there is lotion ir you forget some small things.. so it was just missing aome of the little things that are found in a hotel room- ice buckets, cups , coffee maker with tea and coffew- some even give a bottle of water when you stay.. none if that was offered..
