Próximo do metrô. 2 minutos a pé. Bairro calmo. Mercadinho próximo e alguns restaurantes. Limpeza do quarto.

Faltou um frigobar no quarto. Próximo do metrô, mas um pouco afastado do centro. Certificar-se de que a estação não terá algum tipo de interdição durante sua estadia, é bem válido para não dificultar seu deslocamento diário.
