"Noisy rooms. Construction in the lobby area."

Staff are friendly

Very thin walls, can easily hear noises from neighboring rooms There’s a big remodeling construction going on in the lobby area and there’s a lot of dust, but we were not notified about this situation beforehand.

"Hotel under major renovation"

The hotel was under major renovation. This meant that there whole lobby was under construction and we could not spend time there. Even breakfast was given on the hallway of the second room ( by the rooms with nowhere to sit ). They never gave me any warning when reserving directly on the IHG app. And they charge me full fare. I have no idea if the hotel is ok under normal circumstances but I cannot give their management a good review

"We always love Holiday Inn Express!"

We always enjoy our stay at Holiday Inn Express, wherever we are. Paso Robles was so charming, not only the place but also the people. The hotel staff were always courteous and very accommodating.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Good options for breakfast

Construction and breakfast happening at the hallway with no places to sit down… poor staff had hard times to refill everything on time. Reconstruction during Christmas holidays makes completely no sense, like they couldn’t wait to do it after new years when is not so busy as Christmas season with all kids being off. Definitely points down to the person who came up with this idea

"Should not open during construction"
