Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. It's a great location near the Battlefield Memorial Park. It's also just a few miles from downtown.

Looking for a room in perfect condition? This isn't it. This place was clean, had a fun night clerk, and was a great value. Not much for breakfast, but still a quiet, dark place to sleep for the money.

It was pretty gross here all around. The stairwells smelled like urine and rotten fish. The laundry facilities were on two washers and a dryer that was busted. The sheets were stained and the blankets had cigarette burns in them. The floors had all sorts of gunk stuck to them too. Not great.

The room was good. There was no breakfast. The staff informed us that Expedia has been informed of this and has failed to correct the info on the app.

Location was great

Good value all around. However, the ad I responded to said "free breakfast." While technically true it was only pre-wrapped muffins and coffee. I think "free continental breakfast" would be more accurate. Otherwise, for an older property, it was in good shape, comfortable bed and room.

The staff were very accommodating to my family on both occasions we stayed this month.

Room was ok. 109. Woke up with neck face and arms covered with bed bug bites. Told the guy at desk and showed him. Only response was they'll get an exterminator in before assign room again. No refund or even a so sorry. Breakfast just muffin. Stay someplace else. O
