The breakfast was fine and the building seemed up to date.

For two out of my three night stay the door did not lock. At all. ZERO LOCKING. They were at capacity so I could not move rooms and everything nearby was sold out so unless I wanted to sleep in my car, I was SOL. If you ever wonder how much your personal safety is to Holiday Inn..it's $25 a night. Not sure if I should put this under the good or the bad but the WATER PRESSURE is out of control, which a small part of me likes. Ladies, you need to exfoliate but don't wanna pay big money for laser treatment etc? Go stay, the shower will peel off a layer of skin. But don't slip when you get out because the shower curtains they use aren't built for that life and there will be a small lake outside your shower. In fact, go ahead and ask for four extra towels just to be sure.

I don’t know who was rating this property an 8.6 which is what I saw when I booked. But it is NOT an 8.6. We walked into our room and it smelled like someone had just pooped in the toilet and just left. There was hair in the sink, a random Taco Bell cup left in the bathtub and a white Kleenex beside the bed on the ground. No bar of soak and no extra toilet paper either. There were no other rooms to move us to so we had to tough it out. I haven’t been forced to stay at a disgusting hotel since my college days. This hotel topped the cake in disgusting hotels. If it were me, I would keep on looking. Do NOT book this hotel.

Great check in and out. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast managed very well with full replenishment during a busy time. Easy location just off the freeway. Good sized room with comfy bed. Quiet nights sleep. Selection of snacks available from vending.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms

It was a nice place to stay, the breakfast was awesome. The only issue I had was that when someone showed up at the room next door and they kept letting their door slam, I was asleep and it woke me up, it happened about 3 times, kind of scared me at first, I didn't know what was going on. Oh and another issue was we only had one roll of toilet paper, luckily we didn't need another one, and the kleenex was low also, I use a lot after I shower. thanks,
