Hôtel Byakko Nice

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, tout près de la gare. Son principal atout est son personnel exceptionnel. J'ai été choyé pour mon anniversaire. Un grand merci à tous !

La taille de la salle de bain avec toilette de tout juste 3m2 de surface est beaucoup trop petite. On peut à peine bouger dans la douche (et je pèse moins de 80kg) L'isolation sonore entre les chambres est faible.

The hotel is conveniently placed for the main rail station and tram system. Staff were helpful and friendly despite the rather cramped and busy reception area. The bed was comfortable and the room cleaned to a high standard. Soundproofing was excellent and the air-con efficient. A wide range of good quality food was provided at breakfast. The roof terrace is a great feature where the complimentary (in the afternoon) hot drinks can be enjoyed overlooking the city.

Having booked a superior double room specifically for the extra space, we were initially disappointed with the allocated room which was small, lacking in storage space/surfaces (we were travelling with airline carry on bags only) and curiously, provided only one person with a bedside light. To be fair, after talking to the reception staff we were found another room from the second night that felt more in keeping with the 'superior' description. The photos accompanying the categories on Booking.com seem to be muddled. This may be because the building is a 'rabbit warren' of staircases, corridors and different room layouts resulting in many variations. Whilst breakfast choices were excellent, the seating area can feel cramped at busy times, making it difficult to access the buffet from some tables, without squeezing past other diners.

Есть терраса, очень круто, одно из самых главных условий для нас было две отдельные комнаты, отдельные две комнаты с дверьми, то есть комнаты закрываются. Новая душевая кабина, хороший гель для душа, прекрасно пахнет, и хорошо мылится. Это один из лучших отелей из своей категории. Завтрак очень классный, вкусное кофе ( 3 порции сделал себе), круасаны, джемы) в общем нам очень понравилось. Единственное что я бы рекомендовал на ваш взгляд и в зависимости от того кто снимает номер, поставить вместо дивана вторую кровать в гостиной.
