the location and views. super friendly staff. the overall aesthetic of the hotel. the food was good too.

I had a cleanliness issue with my room. but they did manage to fix it.

the property makes you feel like you’re in a movie, very dreamy and picturesque. I really loved the location and service was top notch! the breakfast options were nice and had some gluten free options.

the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities could be SOOOO much better, we were really REALLY disappointed with it especially that it is a five star resort. The spa needs a bit of redecorating and wasn’t up to bar to what it is. we had a big issue with bugs, spiders and ants, a bug repellent plug was given to us but it was certainly not enough to keep them away!
