the property was on a beautiful quaint part of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. The views and location are stunning as you feel you are at your own private oasis. The service and attention to the customer was unparalleled

you have to take a taxi or car to go pretty much anywhere- this can be both a positive and a negative as you are at your own private oasis.

Exceptional property, delicious food, the most amazing staff to highlight Antonio and Massimo. We loved the 360 views of the sea, fantastic swimming pool with warm sea water was splendid. Spa and thermal water area is great too, relaxing.

The location, the view, the pool, the lovely little cocktail bar! Staff were charming and helpful.

We were upgraded on arrival :) but our room was very small (inspite of the upgrade?!). The weather was not great whilst we were there and there was no where comfy to sit and relax inside in the evening except the brightly lit lobby of the tower. This could have been made more atmospheric, candles, better lighting etc.. It's clearly a hotel for great weather but could easily have been made better for windy / rainy weather.

"The best 5 star experience in Ischia"

The location is perfect, stunning views, 5 star sevice in a beautiful island. The Hotel is quite exclusive, in particular for the location in Ischia.

We loved the facility, the pool and spa and amazing grounds and view. We are now in Capri and my daughter is begging me to take her back to Mezzatore! We definitely should have stayed at least two nights there and fewer in Capri. We miss you guys!

Pricing of food was a little high for portions but we didn’t mind paying it to support the overall facility (plus the fact that the thermal spa was included in the room price was very generous and appreciated). Also very much appreciated the snacks for us in the room and that non-alcoholic drinks were included.
