The location , the room was clean

That we were sent to the highest floor and the room that was farthest when my dad uses a walker because of his stroke and all that walking was to much for him . Second, that they set up a family of I dont know how many kids that cried , yelled and ran all night. Third , Breakfast person attending was dragging and always running out of everything and there were just 3 tables when we were there.
