This hotel is excellent value for money and the staff are brilliant. At check-in, our room wasn’t quite ready, so, rather than have us wait, they just upgraded us. Then the receptionist took great care to show us, on a map, where we were and how we could navigate our way round all the places of interest. He also explained how all public transport in Budapest was free - a nice surprise and a great bonus. We ate our evening meal here one night. The food was excellent, served hot and with a smile and the price was very cheap - a 2-course meal plus 1 drink each for £36
