Great staff and location.

We originally booked an economy room. Economy should not be dirty and broken. Felt like a prison room. The upgrade to Standard was literally nigh and day. Skip the economy. It was depressing.

It has a kitchen, shared laundry facility. 24 hour front desk services. Help me to book local attractions. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Very convenient bus stops to cross river.

Its elevators and rooms are not in the same floor need a bit of lift of luggage’s.

Nice hotel & restaurant (had a breakfast & a dinner there - good). Staff very pleasant & helpful. Only a 20 minute walk from the Deli Station. Although away from the city centre, many buses stop outside the hotel to take you over the river to Ferenciak Ter Metro station for other connections or to walk by the river up to the Chain Bridge. Also, a couple of bus stops earlier, on the west side, enables you to walk up the Gellert Hill for great views or up to Buda Castle.
