It was horrible. The room had roaches, microwave was sparking when you turned it on, the room was filthy, bed was nasty. Also they are very rude in the front at check in and check out

There are bed bugs at this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE. I let the staff know in the middle of the night that I woke up to bites all over my arm from bed bugs and they did not even apologize service was terrible

Got really sketchy around 530. So we left and went somewhere without so much activty. But all in all its a great place to shower get a nap and all that.

The only issue I have is they show the room having a coffee maker, but they did not have one. Also, there is no access to the office. All transactions have to be conducted from the outside. Not allowing one's customers into the office reeks of distrust of one's customers. It makes me wonder exactly what kind of people they cater to.

The water was barely warm. The heater did not work at all. The smell in the room was horrible. I had to bring a personal heater. I purchased air freshener to attempt to maintain the smell in the room. The front desk associate was very rude. The comfort of the bed and housekeeping staff were the only two things that help me get by with my stay. They communicated effectively and appropriately. They also made sure I stayed with clean towels. I was here because my pipes at home were frozen and bursted. I also had to travel back and forth to work. Coming back to a place like this after a long day of work was unfortunate. I hate that I couldn’t wash my hair because of how low the temperature of the water was. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.
