Gutes Frühstück, großzügiges Zimmer

Wellnessbereich: die 90 Grad-Sauna war leider über 100 Grad und zu heiß, der Pool dafür zu kalt und somit ungemütlich. Personal war ok aber nicht sehr herzlich, die Preise für den Zimmerservice sind unterirdisch und 5€ fürs Bringen pro Bestellung sehr unzufriedenstellend. Die Kissen sind sehr unbequem und dass man andere bestellen kann, findet man auch erst über QR-Code heraus (über einen Hinweis beim Checkin hätten wir uns gefreut). Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier nicht.

"Sehr gutes Hotel"

Sehr gutes und nettes Hotel, hübsches Zimmer. Spa-Bereich und Pool haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Bar ist sehr schön und der Barkeeper war sehr nett.

Das Standardkopfkissen ist unmöglich, wie ein halb aufgeblasener Ball. Leider merkte ich es erst um Mitternacht und konnte mir kein anderes Kissen mehr geben lassen. Habe dann eher schlecht geschlafen.
