"Service Deteriorated "

The front office staff was unfriendly check in July 4th. Coffee Machine very dirty. Bathroom exhaust not working. Pillow cover linens housekeeping did not change. With pricing paid for two night stay our family stay was terrible n disappointing, with Marriott brand name service is deteriorating. Need my stay to be refunded. Thanks

"Blood on the bedding . Was not a good stay."

Sheets and comforter had blood stain on them. It was obvious they had not been washed or changed.

I was only reimbursed half for the room.

We stayed for two nights. The property was near our event. It was exactly what we were looking for clean, safe, and very close to a bagel shop, which was outstanding. I would highly recommend it.

"Good stay but amenities where lacking function"

The stay was fine but the cable box was broken and the mini fridge wasn't keeping temp. We also only got one wash cloth for a room booked for 4 people. (Only 2 came. So not the worst thing.) Over all it was a good stay. Just don't expect to keep leftovers or watch TV in bed.

"For the most part, the place was quiet and clean."

The place was nice and clean.

Not much anemeties. A small microwave or a hair dryer would have been nice to have in the room. The elevator made a weird creeky noise too. No dinner served in the dining room in the dining room on Sunday nights either.
