The starbucks across the street has decent WiFi The bed was firm.

The floor in the room was wet, which I didn't notice initially, so I ended up with a pair of very wet socks. The WiFi was very flaky, unusable for a conference call. I ended up using the Starbucks WiFi The water in the shower was cold, which was surprising, because the sink had scorching hot water Towels were of low quality and were not replaced (I couldn't bother asking for new ones) The one small shampoo flask looked like it was used by somebody else before. No refill on shampoo, conditioner, or soap. It is advertised as around $60 per night, mine was way over $100 per night. For $60 this is an okay backup option for a night. At over $100 it is a scam

Place is garbage dirty bed bathroom smell like smoke horrible place and they will not let me cancel when i booked within minutes and cancel right away

Location

Booked the location because we had events close by and really only needed a place to sleep as we'd be gone most the day. It was affordable and the pictures make it appear very nice but that was not the case. The bathroom was falling apart, peeling floors, the smoke alarm was completely detached and missing from the wall, the floors and walls were dirty, people were stomping up and down the stairs and talking all hours of the night and you can hear all of it, the tv remote did not work and the tv kept turning off every 5 mins so we gave up trying. If you drive you have to be extremely cautious and plan ahead because chances are you will not be able to park here as the lot is constantly full. I wouldnt stay here again

Mal olor a sucio a humedad

It was cheap and it was close by where I got off work.

My shower head didn’t work, was ready to shower and the water was getting all over the place but the shower. Tv and lights didn’t work. I feel I was over charged for this room.

I like that there's a big comfort on the beds, I like the area, I liked how they actually had smoking rooms.

This place isn't what it used to be. It's the dirty the floor, will constantly be dirty so there is no chance of walking barefoot. There's barely any parking, the bathrooms are hideous, this place used to be very nice very comfortable very clean. Very much the main thing is how dirty the place is and somewhat overran by a homeless community, definitely needs new management I would say. This place was once beautiful clean and had better service. There were a little more strict back then as they should because the price was still the same maybe one day and they will return.
