The hotel had roaches in the bed, floor and walls. It was very disturbing and I'll never go there again!

"Staff is hard to reach."

Found a possible bed bug.. When I addressed it I was ignored by whoever was working. TOLD ME "to be careful". Called back just asked for a refund, guy hung up on me under 10 secs.
