Minha filha de 4 anos sofreu um acidente durante a estadia, machucando a testa, bochecha e nariz, com sangramento e inchaço. Pedi ajuda na recepção, algo simples como gelo, e o funcionário não demonstrou nenhum interesse em ajudar. Disse que não tinha e mandou eu comprar em uma máquina. Foi um momento de desespero para nós, e não recebemos nenhuma assistência. Não esperava luxo, apenas o mínimo de empatia diante de uma criança machucada. > Péssima experiência pelo descaso.
