"Vandalized vehicle"

Car was broke in to the night of our stay. We were made to park in the overflow parking lot that is evidently not manned 24/7. The vandalism was caught on a neighboring camera but hotel not covering the damage. 3 other vehicles were vandalized the same night in the same lot. Get it together and stand up for your customers!!

"Excellent"

Hotel was very nice and clean. Bar food was very good. The only complaint was that the walls and floors must be thin because the person in the room above us walking around woke us up after we went to bed and before we woke up in the morning.

"Hidden gem"

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Kansas City. The bar feels like one of the best-kept secrets, and we had excellent service from check-in to check-out. Miss Phoebe at breakfast was especially sweet and made our family feel very welcome.
