Facil de llegar en coche y accesible.

Muy sucio, huele mal la habitación nada más entrar. Colcha sucia, la moqueta se ve sucia también. Bañera con manchas, muy desagradable. No durmimos ni agusto por el entorno. El desayuno son pack de magdalenas, café y cereales…

We showed up and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The elevator stunk and the facility was pretty dirty. We opened the door the room stunk and our window was broken. We decided to ask for a refund and leave. We didn’t even bring our luggage up. Still have not received my refund and I really need it. I had to travel down to Fresno to get another room at another hotel. We were not happy. We were driving from Florida and was exhausted. Needless to say we are not happy.

Already explained. Wasn’t clean and stunk

The night attendant was excellent. She was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming even though we were hours late. The day person not so much. We had an accident and a delay in the person who was coming to pick us up from a town 2 hours away. We were not allowed to stay inside one room OR a lobby area in 106 weather with 3 kids and no ice available for my insulin in the ice chest. This is the second time we have had problems with a Super 8 in two vacations.

The night window person. We were locked out at breakfast. 9:00 is too early.
