• Good location. • The bed was clean and comfortable. • The room appeared clean overall

• The front office was closed at 5:30 AM when I went to get hot water for coffee. Since there was no kettle in the room, I was unable to get hot water at that time. • Although an employee was present inside the office, he was unwilling to assist with a simple request to fill a small thermos with hot water. A small gesture of customer service would have been appreciated. • The staff at check-in was not very welcoming. I greeted the receptionist first and she responded, but when my husband greeted her, she did not acknowledge him until he greeted her a second time. There was no smile or friendly interaction during check-in. • The shower head was leaking. While part of the water flowed into the tub as intended, some of it sprayed out to the side and onto the bathroom floor. As a result, water accumulated on the floor after each shower, and we had to repeatedly wipe it up during our stay.

Dirty, blankets with holes, too hot and AC too noisy, noise from the freeway, one of our rooms was for smokers and the smell was really strong.
