For being a Motel 6 I was very impressed with their very clean bathroom. Bathroom also looked like it had just been remodeled.

The bed was a bit hard.

Location is good for Sequoia national park

I booked a room weeks in advance and when I arrived to check in they told me they had given my room away so I would now need to pay extra as they only had rooms with 2 beds left. They claimed they had cancelled my booking, which is obviously not true otherwise I wouldn't be able to leave a review right now, and anyway why wouldn't they inform me if they had cancelled it? Extremely rude woman at the front desk. Unfortunately we had arrived late at night with a baby so felt we had no choice but to stay and pay the extra they demanded. Such a scam. 100% don't recommend to others

Not enough lighting in room , really need to some handicap accessories in bathtub and non slip floor pads in the tub area, after check was told that I needed $60.00 dollars cash for a deposit before I can get my key this was never mentioned when I booked my room bad business, never again will I stay at a Motel six again.
