Location

Furnace was not working well. Our first room had extreme room #19 had temp of 26 C, even after Furnace was stopped. The light bulbs in the room #19 were different colors. The sink tap on room #32 was not working well.

Location is great - just north of the town of Jasper and untouched by the 2024 wildfire. In room coffee and tea. Restaurant is very nice. Free rental of fat bike was included with winter stay however was too icy to consider giving it a go.

The hot tub is small. Too many chemicals being used, deck needs to be updated. Steam room must be turned on by calling front desk but takes ages to heat up. Restaurant has limited hours. Lower rooms are noisy and touch tough to navigate if you have any mobility issues as lots of stairs. Parking lot can be extremely icy and treacherous.

A l extérieur de la ville, parfait pour se reposer. Le lac même en hiver offre un point de vue pas mal. Et la présence d une piscine chauffée et d un sauna est un vrai plus
