Second time staying here and absolutely loved it once again! A stunning location just a short drive out of town but worth it for the amazing views of pyramid lake. Great facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone visiting Jasper to stay here.

The sound insulation wasn’t the best. If people were coming and going we could hear them quite loudly.

Super Lage! Und Mega Restaurant oben. Auch dass man hier eine Stunde kostenlos Boot fahren darf, Mega! Es hat auch einen schönen Pool

"Disappointing as it had such potential."

Very scenic property with plenty to do in area and not far from town. Rooms clean, staff friendly.

We had a 3 night stay. First 2 nights were great. 3rd night guests moved in next door and we didn’t realise that the room also went upstairs over our room. From check in, all we hear were footsteps, thudding and conversations. The group staying there had a late night and we were kept up into the early hours. My husband had to say something to them. The room was not sound proof at all and the management know this as a complaint about this room has been made before yet we were put in this room. Do not stay is room number 32, it was a nightmare.

Nichts, leider gar nichts. Der schlechteste Aufenthalt, aller unserer Reisen. Einzige Ausnahme, das Restaurant in der Anlage zum Abendessen, war klasse, auch die Kellnerin super.

Anreise, Art der Begrüßung, eine gewisse Hochnässigkeit. Man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Der Preis übersteigt sämtliche Grenzen für die gebotene Leistung, eher eine heftige Abzocke. Hellhörig bis ins letzte Detail. Von der Toilettenspülung bis zur Dusche ist alles vom Nachbarn oder von oben hörbar, aber wirklich alles, jedes Geräusch wird übertragen. TV nicht funktionsfähig, uralte analog Adapter im Einsatz. WLAN mit großen Ausfällen. Am Besten der "Ausblick" im letzten Häuschen, super... vom Balkon auf drei Bäume, der See erkennbar in Nuancen. Größte Enttäuschung der letzten Jahre!
