Our room was amazing we came for our anniversary and got upgraded the view was beautiful and we had the most amazing and lovely time

I didn’t like how expensive the taxi ride was to Jasper. It is a bit of a rip off hotel should have something to take guests in. The wifi was horrible

Beautiful lodge, very clean and right on the lake. Just beautiful and dear right on your door step

Beautiful spot

First night we were in a lower unit, with ridiculously loud upstairs guests. Unit was not very sound proofed. This resulted in a terrible night’s sleep ( night before the Jasper run) Kindly, they moved us to another unit which was lovely, but on our second night, at 3am I got up to get a drink of water and use the bathroom and there was no water! Then about 4am the plumbing started making insanely loud noises which woke us up and kept us awake. They took $100 off my bill.

The location is amazing, the property is well away from center of town. Staff at check-in welcoming, very friendly and helpful.

There are renovations happening around the property, which can be noisy at times, until late in the pm,disrupting the peacefulness of the property. We were not informed of this when booking. In general, there are alot of attractions in Jasper that are still not open due to the fire. No fault of the property though. Just thought people need to be aware, if considering going to Jasper.

The location was beautiful. The views were just amazing. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also first class, along with the very accommodating staff.
