Such a beautiful hotel, state of the art, spacious and quiet rooms, wonderful staff and service. I wish this was a chain of hotels so I could stay at one again, it was so good.

The only slight downside is it’s a bit of a trek from the main domestic departure hall. But it means it’s quiet and the rooms have a view of the tarmac! So it’s worth the trek

The ambience to the room and the staff hospitality. Inside New Chitose airport, making it so convenient

Steep price though it was worth it. We only stayed overnight due to a cancelled flight.

The onsen was great, breakfast was amazing The beds where so comfortable The room windows there's a button for electronic blackout shutters. We did a short walk back to the international airport. Amazing selection of quick food establishments. Only open till 8.30/9pm

Extrem professionelles, sehr luxuriöses Haus mit sehr vielen tollen Annehmlichkeiten!

Wir haben - im kleinen Flughafen Sapporo - gut 30 Minuten gebraucht das Hotel zu finden. Unserer Meinung nach ist die Ausschilderung / die Beschilderung im Flughafen - vor allem im nationalen Teil - deutlich verbesserungsfähig (auf die "Ortskenntnisse" der Damen an der Flughafeninformation konnten wir uns nur sehr bedingt verlassen).
