Almost everything , Staff friendly and accommodating, the room clean , everything worked as it should , good value

I stayed on level one , some mornings before checkout I could here people preparing to check out , tv ok but for the size of the room it could be upgraded, not much else to criticise

The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early, the beds were comfortable, the heating in the room was lovely and warm and the location was good in regards to where we wanted to go, the shower was a good size with a nice nook for shampoo and conditioner

The fridge froze our food, and the toilet brush was broken in the bathroom
