"Great Hotel....close to Heathrow"

Excellent hotel. Very helpful friendly reception staff, runway view room was the best as explained by reception man. Room good size with a window that opened. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner restaurant also very good. Bus to Heathrow U3 nearby cost £1.75.

Decent enough stay for one night. Staff friendly at reception. Water & lemon water in reception when I arrived but sadly there wasn’t any when I checked out in the morning. Maybe the drinks containers were used at breakfast (didn’t have). The bedroom was a decent size. TV missing HD channels but fine for a night. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but certainly wasn’t the worst. The hotel entrance is behind the main road so took slightly longer to get there than I expected.

A very comfortable stay and so close to the airport. The shuttle was perfect but if it doesn’t show up because it’s full, the staff will call you a cab. They are used to coming to pick people up because this hotel is at the end of the shuttle’s route.

We landed at Heathrow in the late evening and were flying out early the next morning, but we didn't want to spend 8 hours in an airport chair overnight, so we booked a room here. It had good reviews, was close to the airport, and a fair price. I'm glad we found this place. The staff were friendly and responsive, and there are several transportation options to and from the airport. It was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfy.
