AEIt was my second time in this hotel and Im still sure it is the best place to stay for few days vacation in Lucern! Lovely bar in a lobby level with good food. Nice breakfast and absolutely stunning views in the rooms!

GBSuperb modern hotel with newly renovated rooms. Outstanding views over the lake and super conveniently located on the bus route for quick and easy travel into lucerne within 10 mins. Food was also first class!
Only small gripe was our room was really warm, and air-conditioning doesn't come into force until later in the spring/summer. We got round that by opening our patio doors slightly :-)

CHDie Lage ist wunderschön und absolut ruhig. Sehr schön und besonders ist Nähe zum See. DownTown Luzern ist gut erreichbar mit dem ÖV. Wenn die Lage einwenig näher zum Stadtinnern wäre, könnte man sogar zu Fuss alles erreichen ohne mit dem Bus gehen zu müssen.
Das Personal am Empfangs-Desk ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einzig Zusatzangebote wie Frühstück usw. wurde uns nach unserem Empfinden, etwas zu intensiv angeboten. Ist auch verständlich aber etwas weniger hartnäckig wäre angenehmer.

CHLa vue est exceptionnelle, très calme. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le restaurant est tres bien et le petit déjeuner est varier avec des produits locaux. Le personnel est a l'écoute et tres réactif
