Room key did not work for room we got for family and had to pick them up late and they did not have any one working the desk after 9 to resolve issue then proceeded to still charge us for the full nights stay.

It was a great location but they clearly don’t have enough staff and over work the front desk person.

basic necessities , probably stay elsewhere next time. carmel is better

Great location, amazing staff, beautiful, and clean rooms! My only complaint is the showerhead in n out cottage was not up to the standard of the rest of the environment! Overall five out of five! Fix that showerhead! Hahaha

they charge me $30 extra because I arrive one hour early even though the room was ready. They didn't let me go in unless I pay the money which was inconvenient because usually if the room is ready, they let you go in without no problems and they have never charged me before, but for for some reason this time they did the cleaning has to be request the day before, and that was new, even though I left the note at the door saying that I needed to clean room they didn't do it. They don't have any continental breakfast. They change that not even a glass of water so that's why I didn't like it

Didn’t like the fact they advertised a free shuttle but they did not have the service any longer so I had to take taxi at a cost of $20 + tip

It was very clean, but the lights and shower didn't work well.

The shower handle fell off while adjusting the water temperature in the shower miserable. It would be nice to at least allow the fire pit to stay on till 10pm. Clean flower beds
