There was a quarter inch or more gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. When we mentioned it to the front desk employee, they was no attempt at a resolution but ultimately offered me a towel to put in the gapped area. I wonder if this hotel has been taken over by new management as the rooms are decorated as depicted on Hotels.com. The property is rundown and has not been kept up well. (i.e. damage to the walls that have been poorly patched, nothing hanging on the walls, scant bedding, etc.) For $300 a night, I would expect more.

GREAT BIRTHDAY SURPRISE! BROUGHT BACK MANY CHILDHOOD MEMORIES OF ANNUAL FAMILY VACATIONS HERE BACK IN THE 50'S. HAPPY TO SEE IT SO WELL KEPT UP & NICELY RENOVATED & CLEAN. PLEASANTLY WELCOMED AT CHECK IN. I AM NOW 77 AND STILL LOVE THE COTTAGES!
