Lovely clean, spacious rooms. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything but very quiet at the same time.

Christa Just wanted to send a note of thanks to you and your staff at Royal Anne Hotel for the setting and excellent service during our sales team meetings. The hotel is a very comfortable place to spend a couple of days and connect with our team from across western Canada. All of your staff was very helpful for anything we needed. The great location of the hotel gave our out-of-towners a bit of time to explore the downtown and waterfront areas of Kelowna. The meeting room was perfect for our requirements. Thanks for helping make our meetings a success.

Nice central location. Large room. Great breakfast.

Parking was painful, ended up parking in public structure 1 block away. Area of front of hotel was a pedestrian zone making it difficult to drop off bags and check in.

Good location . Breakfast was great . Variety of hot and cold food

Parking was a bit iffy . Although location was great , unfortunately there are quite a few homeless people around .
