The Royal Anne Hotel

Location was great and comfy

We arrived and there was a big party that we didn’t know about and it was very loud in the room

What we loved most was that people genuinely cared and sincerely tried to make our stay and accommodation pleasant. You could truly feel it in every interaction, and that means a lot. The rooms were also clean, the location was ideal, and the entire experience felt warm and welcoming for our family.

Honestly, everything was wonderful. I cannot even think of anything negative to mention.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Kelowna one block off of beach & city Park. We’ve stayed there frequently over several years and the hotel seems to get better and better each year. Friendly staff, clean rooms with mini fridge and coffee bar, pet friendly, awesome breakfast included, and Free Parking underground and street. Great value for your dollar. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Comfortable bed and rooms. Breakfast was very good, much better than other hotel continental breakfasts.

Limited parking, this is alleviated by a parkade located a block away.

Morgenmadsbuffet var skuffende. Mange hjemløse i nærområdet.

Superb location in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Spotlessly clean room. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Very limited on site parking, but cheap ($7 CAD p.d. - free at weekends) parking available just a couple of blocks away.
